This traditional method of weaving is a specialty of Upholstery & More. Our experts are one of the few who are able to restore Sage Súgán Weaved chairs using only traditional methods. The restoration skills and techniques we use have been passed down through generations. We restore and keep alive the traditional methods of Irish furniture weaving.
Traditional Cane Weaving
Upholstery & More provides clients with our specialist cane weaving service. This traditional method involves a series of intertwined fibres weaved together into an intricate pattern that’s both beautiful and tough. Using traditional techniques we are able to completely restore traditional cane weaved furniture.
